This site is fake and is a scam site to trick men into joining. It's a well designed and clever con appearing in many countries, but a con nonetheless. A lot of effort has gone into making it appear genuine, even to the extent that the staff of this company are themselves sending bogus messages to users. If you look carefully there are clues that its not genuine, for example they recycle the same photos of women over a period of months, there are no online users forums, you have to pay to get your account deleted, and parts of the site don't work properly. I advise anyone seeking this kind of service not to waste their money and to go elsewhere.
